07:12 pm - I'm back! So I just got home from 10 days in sunny and beautiful California. I loved it there so much. I don't think it would take too much convincing for me to live there someday. I got to see Jeff :) He's amazing. Seriously, I have never been happier. It's weird now that I'm not with him because we were together every second of everyday except for when we slept, and still he was the last person I saw before bed and the person who woke me up each morning. Aww it was great!
I went to the San Diego Zoo and walked, alot. We watched many sunsets at the beach. Romantic. Went to a comedy club somewhat like "Who's Line is it Anyway?", Met about 35 of his closest friends, Met some of his family, ate some REAL mexican food, went to Hollywood and drove down Sunset Blvd. Almost went to Price is Right, but the tickets were sold out. Toured the Getty Museum in L.A. Walked around downtown L.A. and watched awesome dancing fountains at night. Alot of driving, but I liked those because of the games of twenty questions. Went downtown San Diego to the "Gas Lamp", went to a Hooka Lounge, hung out at very chill cafe's, ate Indian food, went out to dinner, held hands.
So much more. But to conclude. I love San Diego and especially a certain someone who lives there! :) Current Mood: happy Current Music: Etta James

02:15 pm - The Final Countdown So Christmas is in the air. I went to see "The Holiday" on Friday and it was amazing. I absolutely loved it. 15 days from now I will be on my way to San Diego California to see Mr. Jeff! I can't wait! It's been way too long. I am pretty bummed that I won't be home for more than one day and probably won't be seeing anyone. That's what happens when you have to work on Christmas Eve! Grr.
I am also sad that I won't get to meet this boy Jeff that is coming to visit Katy, but I'm sure there will be other opportunities. ;)
Exams are this week and I don't know if I am ready for them. This is me studying right now. ha. I would rather ice skate in GRand Rapids and watch endless episodes of "Friends", but that is probably not a good idea if I want to pass.
I offically have no money and my rent will be increasing in the next month. Oh the life of a poor college student.
Well I hope everyone has a very Merry CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year! I miss all of you Millington folk and will hopefully see you sometime in the future. Current Location: Grand Valley's Library Current Mood: lazy Current Music: I am sitting nex to the printer, it's noisy

07:00 pm - I have returned I don't ever think about updating this. Maybe it's because I have a direct link to my "friends" page and it slips my mind to ever check my last update. It has been so long that they reset my password for some odd reason. Who knows.
Life my way is extremely well. It is very busy and sometimes stressful, but my ducks are beginning to get in a row. I had an awesome summer just working at good 'ol curly cone (last year I promise) and hanging out with some friends (not as much as I would have liked, but my own anti-social/family deprived self was at fault there). I miss England slightly, but the people tons more. I feel like I am missing a part of me sometimes when I think that they are all spread out around the world and country. Crazy!
I met a boy! Yes I know, you assume that this is why i am updating to inform you of my lovelife, but you are only slightly correct. I actually met him in England, he was a second semester study abroad student. Him as well as a couple other Americans started coming to the church I had been attending. We met became friends, I found out he had a girlfriend and then I secretly crushed on him all semester, while hanging out all the time and becoming really good friends. Then summer comes, they break up for various reasons (not to do with me, thank you very much) and we are talking and "keeping in touch". Then we express our undying love for each other, just kidding, but we do decide we want to date. He comes to Michigan a month later to visit for 10 days and meets the WHOLE family, poor guy, and all of the friends, lucky guy. He likes everyone, and Me :) He goes home, I am sad, but adjusting to having a boyfriend who lives in California. Lucky guy gets to be in San Diego all year round with beautiful weather and insists on telling me about it all the time. But I am going to be in that sunny weather December 26th. Yay! He's pretty amazing and I pretty much am falling head over heels for him. :)
I am now a waitress, first time ever! I work at Katy's old employment (thanks for the reference ;)) I had my first night serving by myself Monday and It went well. My first tip was $11 on a $22 meal. Sweet. Hopefully I start to make some good money. School is overwhelming, but I like learning.
Ok that's enough for the next six months. Current Location: Ghetto of Grand Rapids Current Mood: content Current Music: Mindy Smith-One Moment More

08:04 pm - Smells like fish-Cause I'm eating it!! Well I once again was reminded by the magnificant Kristen Gere, that I need to update. My time here is winding down slowly, but surely. I have exactly 17 more days until I am back in the states with my loved ones. I have been extremely busy. It would be nice to say that I have gotten alot done for my final and my paper, but no I have been traveling, working, wasting time and hanging out with my friends. I need to do some work badly but I don't have any motivation at all to finish. I just want to be on a plane and come home, yet I don't. Ugh it's so frustrating. I feel like i am ending one life and then going back to the old one. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love home and want to see everyone and have everything back to normal, but I have changed so much here, and have met tons of amazing people that have changed my life. I don't want to leave them and have friendships fade away. I know that there will be some that last, but I want them ALL to last. Well Im going to stop dwelling because it makes me more and more emotional, and I dont' want that.
I went to Ireland last week. It was amazingly fun and awesome weather. I had a brilliant time and spent quite a bit of money on absolutely nothing, just because Ireland is expensive like that. We went to Cork in the southern part and saw some beautiful places. I want to go again and do the seaside cause I hear that it is breathtaking.
Some sad news, I was playing my guitar in the kitchen while waiting for dinner to be done and I got the great idea to change the strings. Mind you it would be the first attempt to change them without my dad present. So I take the old ones off and then start by putting the E string on. Well as I am tightening the little bit that is suppose to hold the strings in place falls off. Ugh. So I could really use my dad, alex or another guitarist to aid me in figuring out how I should go about fixing it. Yes I could just glue it, but if it's slightly off then it could not be a good thing. I do have a ton of male friends that play guitar here, but that means I need to drag it across town for them to fix it. What a hassle. So now I can't play here, which my flatmates are probably quite happy about, but as for me, I am sad.
Hmm Well I don't know what else to type. I am pretty boring. I miss everyone and can't wait to see you all.

11:41 am - Mom's Visit Well Hello my long lost friends. Sorry if the past week I have been antisocial to anyone and have little knowledge to what is going on in their lives (Katy, Krissy, Alex, etc.) But my mom was here!!! We had sooo much fun and I just took her to the airport at 4:30 this morning. It was sad that she left, but I am really really tired from our busy week. So here goes on what mom and I accomplished in her six days in Europe.
Sunday-Mom flew in at 7:30am but she didn't get through imigration until 10am. She wasn't happy. We went back to my place and had lunch, then we went into London to Madame Tussaud's. It's a wax work place and it was really really cool. We had so much fun taking pics with random people. They were all just placed in the crowd of people and I ran into a few. We then went to their torture chamber, mom didn't want to go but I made her. The people tried to scare you by getting right up to your face, and the one guy was in my face and he had really good breath, so I told him, and I think he smiled a little bit. haha. Well then we went to dinner and mom had a semi early night.
Monday-Mom and I got up bright and early and went to Windsor Castle. The Queen was there and we saw the parade and the changing of the guards. Mom loved it. It was beautiful. We walked around there and headed back to my place. We got our overnight bags and went into london to stay for the night before mom's surprise trip Tuesday and Wednesday. So we went to dinner and went back to the hotel.
Tuesday-We got up at 4:30am to make our train ride to Paris, France. Mom had no clue where we were going until we were boarding. It was funny. She was excited and of course worried about how much it cost. So we spent the day in Paris doing a bus tour and seeing all the major sites. We went up on top of this 59 story building and took pics and watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle. When we came back to our hotel at night, we had to walk through the part of town where a riot had been going on thirty minutes before and our hotel was right off of the street that moulin rouge was on. So we saw dirty shops and places where all the fellas could go in and have a good time. We even saw the harlets in the windows waiting for any guy to come along. haha. it was kinda funny.
Wednesday-Finished up our touring and went to the Louve to see the Mona Lisa and some other famous sculptures and artwork. We did some shopping and ate some crepes'. Then caught our train back to London.
Thursday-Still being knackered from our paris trip, got up around 5:00am to make our bus to Bath. We went there and shopped and saw the Roman Baths and ate at the oldest house in Bath. Walked around and then when we had a couple hours left and nothing to do, we sat in starbucks on the couches and read our books and drank our hot drinks. It was fun.
Friday-We went into London to tour and mom pretty much saw all there was to see. It was fun and we were being so goofy. We were out all day and thought about seeing a musical, but nothing that mom wanted to see was on and so instead of wasting that money, we went to the movies instead haha.
Saturday-All day long we shopped at Oxford Street and mom spent way too much money on me. I told her not to. We at a pub called 'The cock', mom couldn't quit laughing about that. We had a drink and some good food. Then back to more shopping. We finished up the sights mom didn't see or wanted to see again, and then came back to pack for her to go home. We stayed at a hotel near the airport since mom had to be there by 4:30am.
Sunday-Today, took her bright and early to the airport and came home to pack, but went to sleep instead. I now (well not right now) am doing laundry and packing for my next adventure. I am going to Italy for a week starting tonight. Yay and oh no all at hte same time. Then when I get home easter sunday, I turn around that following monday and go on a retreat with the Christian Union here at my University. But the tiredness will be much worth it. I am excited!
Well I had alot to do and sorta little time to do it in. I will post pics soon of mom and I's vaca, and the trip to Italy.
talk to you all in probably two weeks.

02:51 pm Krissy informed me that I was in dyre need to update, so here goes. Since my last post I have probably had tons of stuff happen, so I will fill you in, without writing too much. So here goes: Back in February I went to Edinburgh Scotland with some other americans. It was absolutley amazing. I loved every minute of it, and I went for super duper cheap. We toured a castle and climbed this huge hill/ bordering on mountain called Aurthur's Seat. It had the most stunning view. We went on a walking tour around the city and found out alot of crazy things about scotland, I ate some real scottish food. Umm Well there is more of a synopsis on my myspace page so check that out. Because I am uncapable of simple tasks, I am unable to post pics into here, so you will have to check them out at my webshots page.
http://community.webshots.com/user/zxsnickersxz
Well a couple other little trips included Oxford, Stonehenge and Bath. Those were all with my British life and Culture class, that has all the Americans in it.
So like a week or so ago Krissy dear came to visit me for a week. We did tons of touring in London and then went for two days (or 24 hours haha) to Barcelona, Spain. It was pretty awesome and I want to go back. We had a good time touring Gaudi's architecture there. We definitely had some crazy experiences with transportation and the fact we were unable to be ontime for anything. haha. but it was a good time and now we have stories.
Next my madre comes. In exactly five days!! i can't wait. WE are going to do the whole touristy thing too, and I am taking her on a couple of excursions around England and another mystery trip!!!! mmmmwwwhhhaaaa!!! haha. So Im a super pumped for that.
The week after my mom leaves I will be going to Italy for six days to tour, Florence, Milan, Rome, Venic, and Pisa. It's going to be cram packed but worth it nonetheless. The week after I get back I am doing a conference with my church here, and that should be extremely challenging and be totally worth the tiredness I will feel after three weeks of go go go. Oh and don't think I am skipping school that whole time, but here they give us a three week break. Its crazy, but im not complaining.
Well that's enough for now and hope everyone is doing good!! Current Mood: lazy

11:34 pm - I've had the time of my life.... I just got back from the most amazing dancing ever. I'm not talking about the club style of dancing but this form called cerac and it is a mixture of salsa, swing, and dirty dancing. It is amazing and I absolutely loved it. A bunch of us from church went and we did the beginners classes and then mixed with the intermediates and advanced ones for the two hours where everyone dances together. All the guys would just come and ask you to dance and it's there responsibility to lead you and you just spin around and go with the flow. I loved it so much. I have always wanted to learn some style of dancing. And this is really easy and I was getting the hang of it. There are mostly older men and women there, but It's ok because then you don't have to feel like they are hitting on you. It's an unspoken rule that you don't turn someone down when they ask you. And I danced with these really good guys and they just twirled me around and put me into moves I had no idea how I got there. I got dipped a couple times and the only warning I got was "Now you are going to spin into this next one" haha. Im so happy right now. I love dancing. I just watched dirty dancing last night so I was extra pumped about it. I think I am going to watch it again tonight. haha
Well I have been good and nothing much is new. Hope you all had a wonderful valentine's day and I hope to speak to you soon. Current Mood: ecstatic Current Music: Dirty dancing soundtrack

12:46 am - Happy Valentine's Day! I thought this year was going to be the first year in a long time I wasn't doing something significant for Valentine's Day, but I ended up going to the pub and watching football with emma, charles and alex. It was an alright time. I kinda wanted it to end though. haha.
Well my Valentine's got better. Me and alex devised this plan last night to do something for the budding love birds. We considered cooking them dinner but they are kinda picky and like their food fancy and so we opted to not do that, but I came up with the idea of just dessert, and I love to make dessert. So we got fruit and pretzels and a fondue set, and put together a fondue dessert with candles and wine. It was well good and Alex and I almost didn't tell them about it and just ate it ourselves. We were very sneaky and they didn't expect a thing. All we did was set it up and everything while they were watching a movie then turned the lights off lite the candles and went and got them. We told them to go in the kitchen and then they went in and we said "Goodnight". haha. That was about 2 hours ago and they are still in there. Im sure what they are doing, haha, but they must have like it. I am so proud of the sneakiness and good idea we had. mmmwwwhhhaaaa. I posted pictures on my webshots page. The link is at the bottom of this post.
Well there isn't much excitement happening with me. We had our last official game last week and it went pretty well. We lost, but we played so good against the other team. I managed to get 8 points I think and a few rebounds. Yay for basketball. Im sure going to miss it when it's over.
Last Saturday I went to Oxford and saw a ton of old buildings, the place where C.S. Lewis and Tolkien met every tuesday for years and years. It was a pub and I ate there. Also I was in the courtyard and dining hall where parts of the Harry Potter movies were filmed. That is cool even though I don't follow Harry Potter and someone had to tell me what the significance was. haha.
And to my horror I heard a song on the radio and I said I liked it, but shortly after found out that is it by Hanson, I know I know and yes they are still making cd's. I am a little ashamed and don't know whether I should claim to be naive and continue to like the song or just like it even though it is by Hanson. Hmmm dilemma.
Well I need to get some rest. Check out my photos at:

01:03 pm - I thought it was extremely humorous so I had to post it
| | Dear Cupid,
This year, I've had my ups and downs in the love department.
| I took it a bit to literally when Kick-naiser sang 'Come on Baby Light My Fire' to me. I accidentally sent naked pictures of myself over the internet and Bartatua was really interested. I was arrested for stalking Climb-the-night. | So, as you can see, it's been a hectic year. Can you please make Lunashadows fall in love with me this Valentine's day?

12:40 am - Love is in the air! Two of my flatmates are definately getting together. Alex, josh and I have bets on when they openly kiss in front of us revealing their 'secret'. haha its kinda cute, but alittle weird at the same time. I hope they get together though.
Charles, Emma and I went to London last night and saw a film. Im not even going to tell you a fraction of what I paid for it because its like a couple hours worth of work. Ugh. But we were there and it was an expensive area. Oh do I hate the need for money.
Speaking of money, I booked two trips in two days recently. I am going to Barcelona, Spain with krissy when she comes and I am surprising my mom and taking her to Paris, France when she comes, so I was worried about having enough money. But by the act of no one other than God, my mom emailed me and told me that my income taxes should be coming into my accounts soon and the total of them covered both trips. Amen. I am super excited and now my bugeting is rearranged. yay!
I had my last actual basketball game today. We played really really good but still lost to this awesome team. I managed to jam my ring finger at practice monday and re-jammed it again tonight and now I want to cut it off it hurts so bad. Everything I touch makes it hurt. Im such a baby. haha
Alex is back. Yay. Now I won't be the odd one out with Charles and Emma and Josh and his girlfriend kat. I really do wish they would quit teasing us that we like each other, it's just that I enjoy having someone to talk to instead of sitting in my room alone in order to avoid the lovebirds. haha.
Valentine's Day is coming up. Im not sure how I feel about that. I don't think I am doing anything. I haven't not done something fun for valentine's day in like 5 years. Guess i'll have to find some plans quick.
I need some sleep, I haven't been getting enough of that lately. I like school but I don't like to actually go to class, if that makes sense. haha. Crap I have work due tomorrow. :/ Current Mood: thirsty Current Music: Screaming Infidelities-Dashboard Confessional

04:35 pm - yep, that's blood on my lip! Well Im back in England. I have spent all day today working on my papers in order to go to the country with Charles and Emma this weekend. It is good to be back and at it again. I have a ton of work to do, but I am getting it done faster than I thought.
My flatmates didn't pick me up at the airport, but It was for the best since my plane got in an hour early. That was definately nice. I had a good ride too, I sat with a girl from New york, my age. She was so chipper and bubbly and nice. We talked most of the way and watched movies on our personal dvd players. That plane was super nice.
When I got home I was welcomed by a hand made banner across my door and they have blown up pictures of each of us the size of four pieces of paper and hung them on the wall with labels. Mine of course say's 'the yank'. It's kinda freaky cause charles picture is right outside my door and the first time I left my room I was scared cause his face was right there. That was when the fire alarm went off two hours after I got back. Eww. Not nice of them at all.
Everyone said they missed me and it wasn't the same without me there. That's good cause I missed them all alot. It was alittle weird not to see them everyday. Im glad I am back though. They all plan to live together next year in an apartment. They are bummed im not coming back here. I thought about it for a minute or two, but then realized that it is not happening. They said they would get a five bedroom apartment and decorate the one in all american stuff so that when I come to visit I have a place to stay. I hope I can visit them sometime next year, if I have enough money saved up from this summer.
Ok I have a ton of work to do, just wanted to let everyone know I was back. It was good to see you guys, and If I didn't see you, then Im sorry. My break was busy as im sure all yours was too.

12:05 am Surprisingly enough the Sisterhood of the traveling pants was actually a pretty decent movie. I even shed a few tears. Maybe i was just getting in touch with my earlier teenage years.
This week/weekend has been eventful.
Went bowling with a few people on Tuesday night. It was a good time even though there was a small amount of people. Justin is such a sweetheart for getting us christmas presents. I feel bad I didn't get him anything. We then went back to the sherman house and watched the pistons and Katy and I got an earfull of boys and their sports talk. haha. got to look at some old school pictures which made me sentimental and wistful of the olden days with all the gang. good times.
I drove to Grand Rapids thursday morning to pick woody up from the airport. I had plenty of time to spare so I decided to take a scenic route and find my way to the airport. I stopped at a walgreens and when I went back out to start my car up it wouldn't start. the radio turned on but it didn't even turn over or attempt to. so I sat there, surprisingly calm and laughing, called my mom and she told me to try different things, but none worked. I then called AAA roadside service and right when they were going to send my call into a truck nearby, I tried my car one more time and it started right up. Weird. It did the same thing when we went to leave the airort. So we sat there 15 min and it started up. Sally is not on my good list right now.
Woody and I had a good time. I missed her and can't wait to see her again on Monday. I definately need to practice my guitar first cause she is getting too good for me.
I did the whole Millington Bball game on Friday night. They won both. I miss basketball so much. Oh and I went to a volleyball game too this week. I am just the offical hasbeen of the week there at MHS. haha.
I got to see kelly which made me extremely happy. I missed that girl alot. Can't wait to hang out again with her and krissy tomorrow and maybe this coming week.
Today my plans to go to Ann Arbor fell through but I got some homework done (cause good hair won't always get you good grades. katy gets this!) I got alot accomplished and dad and I played alittle guitar. making some cookies reminded me how much I love to bake and would do it all the time if I had someone to eat it all. I talked to two of my flatmates today and it was weird because thier accents seemed really thick to me because I hadn't heard an english accent in awhile. It just made me happy to hear their voices and im excited to go back and see them. Im glad to be home, but i miss them alot. Im kinda scared because they have a surprise for me when I get back. And if you knew them, it is not going to be something nice. haha.
Busy day tomorrow and then a busy week. Only 9 days until I leave on a jetplane back to Europe. Im pumped to see everyone again, but I'll miss you guys here. Night to all and have a wonderful Sunday tomorrow. Current Mood: happy Current Music: Mad TV in the living room

11:50 pm Christmas has come and gone! I am home until January 17th and so far am enjoying the laziness and being able to be at home. Christmas was pretty good. I saw the whole family and everyone was at my house on Christmas day. I wish it would snow soon, cause I really want to go sledding. I mean seriously want to go bad.
Just an invite to whoever is reading, I am having some people over on New Year's Eve to hang out and eat pizza and do whatever we feel like, so I am personally inviting everyone. You can come anytime after 7:00.
Tonight I got to go babysit for my cousins 4 month old. He is sooo cute. I love the little guy. It is really good to see her more lately, because alot of crap happened between her mom and my parents that doesn't need to be discussed, but let's just say we haven't seen much of her for a couple of years. It was nice to talk tonight when they got home and I am realizing that we have alot of the same beliefs and that is awesome.
I am also realizing more and more how God is working im my life. There are so many people that I have surrounding me that encourage me and keep me accountable without even knowing it. Im not good at explaining how I feel sometimes, so lets just say God is amazing and I appreciate it alot.
Sometimes I wish i was forgiving and new all the answers and didn't wonder about things. Grr

02:43 pm - Christmas is all around! So Christmas came last night for my flatmates and I. We had to celebrate early because of everyone leaving for home soon. Alex left today so we had alittle party yesterday. We all got each other gifts from the pound shop or made something. Then we cooked a huge meal and had champange and christmas crackers. These are the gifts I got from them and why.
Alex made me a little monster out of paper mache. He is really good at that stuff and it is really cute and named Sqwiggles.
Charles made me a christmas cd because I love christmas and christmas music, so that was what we played during our party.
Emma made me chocolate covered spoons to stir into my hot chocolate because I have hot chocolate frequently.
Josh was the clever one and gave me a huge box with a condom suspended from each corner with string. He said I have to leave it in there until I am ready to use it. Im not sure how Im going to get that box home. haha
So it was lots of fun and We laughed alot and have some fun pictures that I should post soon. We had crowns that we wore and we went downstairs to have a smoke (not me or emma, just to boys) and the security gaurd kinda yelled at us for laughing and having fun. He must have thought we were drunk but we weren't. Just alittle silly.
I can't wait to come home and see my family and friends. Only five more days!!!!! I will be home for a month and its going to be great. But I know I will miss my flatmates for sure. Living with the same five people and seeing them all the time makes you close to them even if you have totally different personalities and lifestyles. They all talk about living together next year and start talking about me being there, then we all realize that I wont be. I have thought for a minute about finishing school here, but then snapped back to reality.
Well I need to go, I have a bball game in 45 min and am not dressed yet. Adios pacos, and see you soon!!! Current Mood: chipper

09:59 pm I just want to tell you all about my day yesterday. It was amazing for simple reasons. So here we go.
I woke up Sunday morning with plenty of time to get ready for church. I took my time and dolled up. I strolled leisurely to church and it was a beautiful day. Not to cold. So I get to church and everyone is in a great mood. Tons of the other students were there and we all just talked and laughed before church. Church started and the message was amazing and it really opened my eyes to alot of things going on in my life right now.
So after the service we have open home at one of the family's houses. So we go there and had amazing food and we all talked about tons of stuff and I had a chance to talk with one of the guys about some stuff that has gone on in my life and he really made me realize alot of things that I hadn't fullen thought about. So we ate great food and great dessert, then they got out these games from different countries and we all sat there for hours just playing games and laughing and just hangining out.
Later that night at the Student service, six people were baptised. They got up and did testimonies and made me realize that my relationship with God has a long ways to go, but I was able to look and see where I had come. They were baptised and there is nothing like singing Amazing Grace in a small room ocapella (sp?) God is good!
So maybe seemed like a unexciting and laidback day, but I was at peace the whole day and God really showed me alot of things and made me appreciate my life and help me to realize the people I want to fill my time with.
Well nothing too new with me. Except I am going to be home in exactly two weeks. yay!!! Im super excited.
Talk to you later. Current Mood: cold

04:39 pm Sometimes I just need a hug. I'm not depressed or sad in the least, but I was in town today after work and thier was this couple and they were just hugging. It occured to me that I haven't had a hug, like proper good hug in a long long time. Prbably months. It's sad i know. Be ready cause when I come home I will be hugging everyone. haha
Man my weeks have been busy busy. Lots of papers to write, novels to read, games to play and gifts to buy. It's been good but busy. I have alot of my christmas shopping done, but not nearly enough. I want to shop more but the funds are dwindling, like most everyone Im sure.
We had a thanksgiving dinner last night for all the study abroad students and thier friends. The caterers provided the turkey and mashed potatoes and each table was responsible for thier own side dishes and center piece. I made corn and two pumpkin pies, which were pretty dern good. I was also designated to do the center piece since I was the only girl at my table, not by choice. It was fun though. I didn't stuff my self as usual, because it just wasn't the same and I didn't feel the need to keep eating and eating for some reason. That's a good thing. I hope you all had a good one.
24 days until i come home. Yay!!! I can't wait. Definately want to have some sledding, movie, bowling, laughing, whatever get togethers with everyone. fun fun.
Off to bug my flatmates and then possibly get some homework done.
cheers Current Mood: content Current Music: cars outside beeping like crazy

08:47 pm Sorry for the last update. Charles feels as though he can just get on my computer and do whatever he wants. haha.
I went to London today to do some touring. It was fun. I went by myslef and I really enjoyed it. Oxford street has tons and tons of shops. I liked it alot. I met Frankie for the outside concert of Westlife. They sang and then turned all the oxford street christmas lights on. It was really pretty. I like it here alot.
Christmas is coming and I am sooo excited. I just want to blare christmas music, but I don't have any. I bought this book from the national art gallery today, and it is how to teach little kids to make christmas decorations. I love it so much. I am super excited to teach little kids and have fun arts and crafts. Oh man I want to be a teacher RIGHT NOW!!!:)
Hmmmm what else. Oh yeah. My dad is coming to Germany the beginning of December for a week and I really want to go see him. How fun would that be. But I am going home like a week after that so it would be smart to save my money, but I want to see my daddio right now... man I want everything 'right now'. Sorry Im a child.
Well I should attempt to do some school work since I have been out and about all day long spending money. I miss you all alot and can't wait for christmas Current Mood: happy

08:04 pm - my day by amanda today i had lots of fun i even watched rugby which is probably the greatest most intense experiance of my whole life, and I owe it all to the greatest human being ever to grace gods earth charles. In other news I had sex with 12 big black men which was quite painful yet still rather wimsical. I ate pasta for my din dins which looked like a dog had eaten it thrown it up eaten it again shat it out and put it in a bowl; it kinda tasted that way too, I really can't cook for shit. Later I shaved my head and now look like I have lukemia which is good as I am going begging tommorow and all the sukkas will feel sorry for me and give me lots of money he he he! Presently I am being boring and staying in even though all my really cool flatmates are going out to have the time of their lives, it will be amazing but I am just too damn boring to go. I have decided to watch a film and eat icecream instead because I am a sad, lukima suffering, 12 man fucking, rugby fan. P.s I love horses best of all the animals I love horses they're my friends.

02:47 am Hey hey hey. I just got home from the club with my bball team. I like to go and dance but i wish there were no guys there. Cause all they do is shark you all night and try to pull. ugh. yuck. This spanish guy who was shorter than me and looked as old as my dad kept putting his hands on my hips and i kept looking at him and saying "I don't think so". He did this like 4 times until one of the guys from the boys team moved in between us. Its cute cause the girls and the guys all went out together and we had a big circle and everyone would go and dance in the middle. Mind you that I was the only white person in there. haha. It was fun. Gave me a chance to brush up on my ghetto dancing. They are all great. I love my team so much.
Well I had reading week last week and went to rome for three days. It was really fun. The girls I went with were awesome and we had many discussions about things that I didn't know. haha. And girly talk too. I saw a ton of stuff. Pretty much all the touristy stuff. We ate lots of italian food and their ice cream is amazing. I would move there just to eat gelatio everyday.
Story time: So we were going to go on a pub crawl one night, we left and on our way to the metro some ten year old boy smoking a cigarette tried to steal one of the girls' purses. She was holding on tight but he kept trying and would stop hanging around us. It was weird. We also saw a drug needle after that. They girls decided that they didn't want to go after all, which was good for me because it saves me 15 euros on the drinks I wouldn't drink anyways. So we decided to go have some wine and pizza. Their were two guys at the next table and when the rose guy came around, they bought us all roses. It was sweet, but we later found out he was a computer hacker and 17. yikes. He even thought we were stupid enough to give him our emails. No thank you. After this we headed home. It was only like 10:30 or so but we thought it would be best. On the walk home this guy who looked in his thirties and was dressed nicely with a suitcase, was kinda hanging around us. When we would stop, he would stop. He looked really confused and stuff. So he finally came up to us and asked for the time. He didn't speak english so one of the girls showed him her watch and then he still acted like he didnt' understand. We walked away and then he said "escuzi" or however you spell it. I turned and he looked like he was going ot ask me a question. He then looked down. I said "what?" and he looked down again. I looked down too and saw that his *clears throat* was hanging fully out of his pants. I gasped and ran to catch up with the girls and tell them what happened. They looked back and saw him watching us and playing with himself in the middle of the street. ew ew ew ew. grossy gross. yuck. I was soooo grossed out.
Ok well other than that night Italy was really good. the people are all really nice and I had a really good time with the girls I went with. So dont' think it is full of perves and theifs.
I can't think of anything else to say, and it is 3:00 am and i have a 9:00 class. whoops. Im not tired though. The dancing woke me up. I could go some more. haha. anyone want to have a dance party????? Ok well I miss everyone tons. bubye Current Mood: dancing Current Music: people who are drunk outside on the street
